
All of the subjects that I cover during classes are tailor-made, they are designed specifically for the needs of your groups/departments. They are a combination of general English and specialized vocabulary that the staff needs for the situations they would most likely encounter at the Hotel or Resort.

All of the classes are designed to improve the level of English of the non-native English speaking associates and the results will be seen in the improved customer service and care given by the staff.
I am able to teach English to various departments such as:

This is a list of tailored questions that every staff member should be able to answer. Questions like:
- Who are the owners of this Resort?
- How do I know that the beach is safe for swimming?
- When did the resort open?
- What is the General Manager's name and what Nationality is he?
- How big is this resort?
- Is the tab water clean and drinkable in this hotel?
- Where do I get information about Phan Thiet?
- How many restaurants and bars does this resort have?
- and many more ...
I also use the Restaurant Menu, Bar/Lounge Beverage drink list, SOPs, Fact Sheets and Hotel brochures to create English lessons.
I wrote a paper on "Teaching here in Vietnam" Click 5 Star Teaching in Vietnam to read the PDF file.
I created a student database to keep records for each student that attends English classes.
